Flat rate shipping within Australia is $12.00.
This includes shipping, handling and packaging fees.

All Murano glass jewellery you purchase will be shipped by Australia Post registered post or Express Post depending on the urgency of the order.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Therefore we will ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are normally dispatched the next working day when all items are in stock.

When any of the ordered products is out of stock and any material including Murano Glass beads need to be procured from our overseas sources, it usually takes approximately 5 – 10 working days before we ship out your order. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time when the ordered items are out of stock.

For international customers

We ship our products outside Australia as well. Our order system will calculate and indicate the shipping cost to your country or you may contact our customer service team for an estimated shipping cost to your location.

14-Day Return Policy for Your Confident Shopping

We understand shopping online can sometimes be difficult when it comes to selecting the right product because you can’t see or feel the items in your hand. Don’t worry, that’s why we have a 14-day return policy.

If you would like to exchange or return your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of placing your order and we will provide you with the return address. The goods need to be returned as per instructed as soon as possible.

You may return any full priced purchased items for a refund or credit exchange. Please note that the postage will be at your own cost.
